- We understand that every patient’s needs are unique, which is why each
- prescription we compound is tailored specifically for you. Please take a
- moment to review our policy below.
*No Returns or Refunds*
- Due to the custom nature of our compounded prescriptions, we do not accept
- returns or offer refunds once a prescription has been processed. Before we
- begin preparing your medication, we will confirm your approval to proceed
- with the order. If you have any questions or concerns about your custom
- medication, feel free to ask when placing your order.
*Therapeutic Outcomes*
- While we work closely with your healthcare provider to help you meet your
- health goals, we cannot guarantee specific therapeutic outcomes. Customized
- medications may require adjustments over time. It’s common for it to take
- multiple dose modifications to achieve the optimal result. Please note that
- unsatisfactory outcomes are not valid reasons for returns or refunds.
*Device Issues*
- If you experience issues with the dispensing device (such as difficulty
- achieving consistent dosing), you can request a replacement within 14 days
- of receiving your medication. We may also offer an alternative device for
- future orders. Please bring the original prescription to the pharmacy so a
- pharmacist can assess whether the device is faulty. Keep in mind that
- inconsistent dosing does not always indicate a defective device.
